It's Offsite provides managed backup online. This service requires a one-time setup fee of $125.00 and includes the following:
- Initial setup and install
- Assistance to identify critical data that must be included in backup
- Tailored daily email alerts that will give status of backup

It's Offsite will continue to monitor daily backup activity
and will be notified in the event there is an error with the backup. It's Offsite will then provide assistance or recommendations in the event an error occurs
- Training will be provided for onsite personnel on how to ensure their backup is completing each day
- Providing information about new features to MozyPro solution
- Assistance with version and product updates
Reliability
It's Offsite utilizes Consonus AllWaysOn Bandwidth to safeguard data and provide consistently reliable service to our customers.
Version (snapshot) support — Users have the option of restoring from multiple file versions up to 30 days in the past.
Multiple restore options – Restore data quickly either from a web interface or right from your computer. Or, for a fee, you can request a DVD restore delivered overnight via FedEx.
Performance
Scheduled managed backup online — Tell us when to perform your backups. Scheduled backups can be performed daily or weekly at a specified time of day.
Block level incremental backups — Saves bandwidth and ensures future backups are lightning fast.
Bandwidth throttling — You can tell us to use more or less of your upload bandwidth so other higher priority services can run unimpeded.
